More Photos from Epstein Estate Made Public by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Development plans for Epstein's private tropical island included in the photographs.

Furthermore contained in this latest photograph drop seems to be a site plan for Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.

Epstein bought a smaller island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.

The released images reveal he had formulated development schemes to build upon the substantial island by constructing homes, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.

Visible on the plan is a channel, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the bottom right.

The site plan is annotated in red pen markings and contains a key identifying different areas of the estate.

Alongside this are what appear to be nine other site drawings and architectural plans, including plans for boat shelters.

Additional materials disclosed as part of the continuing investigative process.
